Hi, I'm Jasmine 

Inward Beyond Wellness began with a deep-rooted belief that each individual possesses the innate ability to go inward and beyond, unlocking new perspectives and insights that can lead to profound personal growth and transformation. 

ABOUT ME

Jasmine Pollak, LMFT

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles, specializing in supporting individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, low self-worth, trauma, relationship and social difficulties, and navigating life transitions. My approach is grounded in mindfulness and self-compassion.

In our sessions, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery, leveraging your inner wisdom and strength to guide you towards growth, freedom, and fulfillment. Through working together you can expect to develop new ways to confront old challenges, as well as discover personal insights to improve relationships – with yourself and others.

I earned my Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles and completed my Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Education at UC Berkeley. Prior to establishing my private practice, I gained valuable experience working with adults, university students, and adolescents with a variety of mental health issues in outpatient and school-based settings.

I utilize a person-centered, integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based interventions.

I firmly believe that nurturing a positive relationship with oneself is fundamental to growth, change, and leading a fulfilling life. Therefore, I place significant emphasis on cultivating self-love and self-compassion as essential components of self-discovery, empowerment, and healing.
